Worst customer service experiences of my life. Worse than dealing with the city.
I hope they go out of business. No company this bad should thrive. I cant believe what nightmare it is to get a repair and that customer service cant speak to technicians who service the area.

The Worst Customer Service via phone Ive ever witnessed
if there were any other choices in Tallahassee that had any decent packages other than satellite this place would hopefully go out of business. customer service is horrible for the amount of money you spend with them each month. I believe that the only reason they feel they can get away with it is because they don't have any true competition.
Unfortunately, they are the only cable company in town. I miss Time Warner Cable. The bill keeps going up, up, up and the quality of their customer service goes down, down, down.
Paid bill on line. Plenty of funds in banking account. Comcast charged $25.00 non-sufficient funds fee because they said the payment was returned. Bank said no charges were made to my account. Comcast customer service refused to reverse the charge, claiming it was legitimate. What a ripoff! If it wasn't such an inconvenience, I'd switch to Centurylink.
