They have never ever made me a happy/satisfied customer. Every time i call i have to wait on hold for ever and can never get a clear answer from anyone. I returned my equipment becuase i moved many months ago, just to find out that ive been on collections for unreturned equipment for the last 5 months!!!!!!!!! Hire some real people that know what theyre doing for a change!!!!!!!!
Called 4 days earlier to set up an appointment for today. Called after the tech was supposed to be here. Was told "We have no record of an app.for my house but i can come by the local office to pick up equipment and i can be up and running in a few monutes`45 min.in line. Half. Hr. To install two boxes and a modem Two hrs.on the phone for supposed support still no tv and was told it could take up to 24hrs.for the boxes to be associated to my account. If this is not a load of horse shit i dont know what is. I would be run out of town if my business ran that way. I will be in that same line tomorrow to drop there crap off.What a waste of my life to have to deal with such a crappy company.
