I had great customer service. That being said, I returned one cable box b/c we were cutting down. Later in the day I realized the box in my house was not working. Comcast had deactivated the wrong box. This was on a Saturday and by the time I realized it the center was closed. This is not a problem that can be fixed on the phone. The center is open for 30 minutes per day and I cannot return until the weekend. So now I am paying for a service I cannot use.
Luckily for me, 3 hours prior to this, I had already set up my appointment to switch to Verizon.
