bad

all i have to say is if you have Comcast you should drop them. I've been trying for 2 weeks now getting a technicians screwup fixed... it apparently is not going to happen.. mi getting a outsourced person who can barley speak English who is going to pass the buck and was going to give me another number ta call...no...you will transfer me so i do not go to the end of the line...looks like i will be going with another service for cable, net and phone...Comcast has piss por service

Horrible, just plain horrible

Normally I'm not one to write a review, but when some place sucks as bad as this place people need to know. Do not get service from comcast in the Rutherford county area. I don't know why, but I had service with them for a year and all I can say is that I've had problems from the start. From customer service to installation to receiving new hardware everything has gone wrong and everyone in this office seriously needs to be fired and comcast needs better hiring practices when is come to whom they hire. They can't get it together and never will if something isn't done.

Comcast sucks

The people at this location are apathetic and the wait time to get an issue resolved or to return their faulty equipment is ridiculous. The employees are rude and they just suck in general.

Don't Even Deserve a Star!

Let me just say, Comcast has the WORST customer service around. And what's worse is that they don't even care. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with them, and for what? Only for my issue to NOT BE resolved. And they weren't going to be able to have someone out to my house for TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS?!? That would make a total of THREE WEEKS without service. They said they would "credit" my account so I wouldn't get charged, but guess what? I cancelled! Goodbye, Comcast! I'm going to DirecTv!!!

poor customer service

all the way around poor service - location is 2 miles from their office and they can't even tell you if they service it...doing a site survey which they never bothered to get back to me...in over a week till i called them heck - went with dish
