Hours and other services

The hours of operation stated on the website for the Comcast store on Creasy Lane is like other Comcast services-a lie. It states they are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the week. I was out there at 9:10 today (Wednesday) and there were no cars in the parking lot. I looked on the door and it said their hours were 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If Comcast is so advanced, why can't they keep their hours of operation updated? Comcast has also had personal that have lied about technicians coming out to replace an outside cable at our home on July 3. We have had lousy reception since the first of the year and, when we complained, we got the runaround and meaningless apologies. It is too bad there is really no competition for cable TV.

Go to Meteonet!

So glad to be saying goodbye to Comcast and headed for Meteonet. However even in leaving Comcast is going to insist one king my life difficult. I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot outside of Comcast on Creasy Lane. Why? Because every place I can find an "hours of operation" says the store opens at 9:00. However I get here and the sign on the door says the store opens at 9:00. Just try to find this information on comcast's website! When I called to inquire about this I found myself in a hold cue that was one hour and twelve minutes long! I tried some other routes to get into a faster cue and eventually got through to a live human being. However this person could not tell me the official store hours without getting my name phone number and last four digits of my soc! Sound familiar? Yah and while I'm sitting here I watched 20-30 disgruntled people come and go all under the impression the store opened at 9!

Not bad

When I walked in today, I expected the worst. Lines wrapped around the building, people screaming, etc.

Instead, I was pleasantly surprised at the calm atmosphere in a spacious, air-conditioned room. According to the roll slip, I had 20 people ahead of me, but I only had to wait for around 25 minutes, which is pretty impressive. Lady who helped me was extremely polite and accommodating. My first time going to a comcast office in 7 years of use, but won't be the last. Satisfied.

Horrible.. Just Horrible.

I've been with Comcast for a yr now and am ready to turn in my box and get rid of it. I've been to three "comcas t" stations and been told "we only issue the setup you'll have to go somewhere else to return it". One of the three locations wasn't even Comcast, it was frontier(great help in there!!). Its getting mailed back in a box to say the least. I should've know this wasn't a very organized company when I got the wrong remote for the box the first time and had to revisit. I also got charged an installation charge after I installed it! Go elsewhere if possible

Extremely poor service

We have been without a phone since June 11th after repeated assurances that our service will be transferred. Not true. After technician finally came, phone and internet were disconnected instead of connected. We are still trying to get service.

No regard for the customer. No owernership of their mistakes.

Poor Service

Poorest customer service bar none!!!!Listed phone number is always busy!!If you go to the office there always a long line and the agents dont seem to care about anything!!
