bad service

I have spen the last 30 minutes tring to call the Ashville hwy location to see if they have the box I want in stock. There os no number for a human that answers. So im going down with all my boxs and modem. If its not in stock im done. They don't care about customer service relationship.

no customer service

You don't deserve a star I had to put one. After speaking to 7 different so called customer service reps sales reps and loyalty reps I've yet to get my service options removed to lower my bill. After receiving bad options to make a post dated payment to restore my service( which failed 3 times) and caused me to receive 3 cut offs and 3 reconnect fees that no one at Comcast cares to relieve. I will be pulling the plug! Good bye over priced sad service.

PENALIZE YOU FOR LOYALTY

I had Comcast for four years and the price of my service increased over $50 in those four years with no change in service - no extras added. When I called to cancel, they were falling all over the place to lower my bill. What ever happened to rewarding loyal customers?

Late fee

Bill due Monday 1/20, my day off. I go to pay, they are closed. On a Monday. Go figure. I look @ website, it says hours of operation 8:00am-7:00pm. Kool, I'll pay when I get off work next day @ 6:00, I can be there by 6:20. I drive there, the door says they close @ 6:00. Hmmmm. Next day, I go on lunch break instead of eating. They charge me a $10.02 late fee. WTF?!!! Bad business practice.

Comcast Customer Service

I have been trying to get service upgraded since June 27th and have spoken to several phone reps. No upgrade yet. July 10th.

poor service

They need more workers where u pay ur bill and pick up boxes . I had to wait in line for 35 mins. I think that's pretty bad. Especially if your elderly. They have 6 Windows but only 2 people working. That's kinda crazy on Comcast side. I have stood here n line and watched 12 or more people just walk out .
