no customer service
You don't deserve a star I had to put one. After speaking to 7 different so called customer service reps sales reps and loyalty reps I've yet to get my service options removed to lower my bill. After receiving bad options to make a post dated payment to restore my service( which failed 3 times) and caused me to receive 3 cut offs and 3 reconnect fees that no one at Comcast cares to relieve. I will be pulling the plug! Good bye over priced sad service.
