Seeing all the reviews, I was scared to find a long line so I went around 10:30am...I was done in 20 minutes. I heard some lady thanking the reps for improving their customer service. There was a gentleman writing down a customer list as people walked in and customers were attended to rather quickly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I guess they improved.
When going to Comcast I have always found it necessary to bring reading material because yes there is a looooong wait time. However, I have found the staff to be helpful and more often than not find a temporary promotion that can be applied to an account minimizing the bill. It gets four stars because of the wait otherwise I would give it five because I have found the staff helpful and have come out playing less for cable.
went to return a set top box. Place was a mess, the line went out to the door. people there dont give a damn. Reminded me of the DMV. Avoid dealing with Comcast at all cost. I have internet with them and was trying out their digital cable (which sucked as bad as their service)
Awful service. I have been without service for five days and still don't know when they ll fix it. The next available tech is a week wait
I went to the hialeah office to exchange my box and found angry customers complaining how horrible that office handles. One lady advised me she has been there for 3hrs..slacking!!!!!!!!!
