Horrible service

Took 2 weeks to get the self install kit and when it was delivered it was only the instructions and not the equipment. They were nice enough to "waive" my fee for the equipment since it would take another week before it would be here. Worst cable company I've ever experienced.

just want your money

Comcast is awful and they are not worried about competition. I contacted them several times regarding my HD channels. The HD service goes out and I can't watch it for at least an hour. Tired of calling them for the same issue. Paying service I can't watch. I need a refund!!!!

Worst Service Ever

I moved and needed my service transferred. They created me a totally new account so I was stuck paying 2 bills which they kept charging me for both addresses. On top of that it took me two weeks and countless hours on the phone to get someone out to hook up my service. Reps are rude and act like your wasting their time with your problems. I wish I had other options.

Horrible Service

Comcast is the worse service provider I have ever encountered. I spent an entire day talking with representatives to come and repair my modem and phone service that went out. I told them at least 6 times to have the service rep. to call my cell phone to confirm that I was home. He kept calling my home phone (which I told was out of service) so the work order was cancelled. Finally after a week of raising a stink I finally got some service. If I could I would cancel all their services, but I live in an area where I cannot get any other Internet service.

How are they still in business

Comcast is the by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don’t understand how they are still in business. I called 15 times and each time it dropped. I went only to chat but the technician text won’t show. Time to find another company.

Horrible company

Their customer service is the absolute worst. They will absolutely lie to you on the phone and to your face. I spent 5 months trying to get my billing right and finally had to cancel them outright. Go to anyone else if you have the option.

the persons working there are unable to do anything, they lie in front of their customers and if you ask them that you would like to speak with their supervisor, they just refuse it! avoid comcast augusta!

horrible service

I have been having an issue with one of my main cable boxes for about 2 months now. The times for the technicians are very far out (3days) and during work hrs...was told I could burn my gas out and take it to nearest office or have one shipped and get charged 9.99 then still have to return the bad one...In the mean time I'm being accused of having an extra box and have been getting charged 1.99 since jan 2013. No credits for disruption, but only a foreigner who I barely understand reading a scripted apology...this service is poor and too expensive!

Horrible Company!!!

Every time I call its 45mins and I still have to go to the store to explain because the girls answering the phone wont type in notes on the account. Not to mention 2 months waiting for a booster that the small truck does not install but the "one with a bucket" has to come. The cable is in the ground on my corner! Nobody knows when thats gonna happen still! Charged me 3 times in one month...How about if someone didnt have the money in their account??? Uh oh...would not fix it...Just not a common sense let me help you Company at all!!!
