Cover your booty,

I haven't had an experience as bad as this one in a very long time. Make sure you document all returns, get paperwork, and when it gets down and dirty, remember names! The 2 folks that I dealt with were idiots! The manager should be doing some other kind of work..

Only spent $26 but very good, helpful service from Rhys's Morgan. I would advise anyone to seek him out for some great advice.
