I am a busy working mom of four kids I know it's not easy running a business but I also know your customers keep your business I for one love the food served at McDonald's I just feel like management at the location 6008 west New-berry road Gainesville fl 32601 isn't serving the customer I have been going to the same place for fifteen years now and I am starting to look for another place to consume my lunch I am never treated like person I am always rushed off they are rude and my food is never fresh it's always cold like its been sitting room temp for a while the fries are always old unless I am there around early morning lunch hour I think someone should look into this mess before I am no longer a customer I do not Complain often and when I do I feel I am speaking for those who either don't have the time or knowledge to complain to the right people
