I have visited this KFC about five times. Each time I requested one or two packets of honey -- each time there was no honey in the bag. Today, I called for the manager to complain, and all she said is that we are human and to ask for the honey at the window or check my bag. Sorry, other food places can remember the condiments requested, why can't they!?
