Went through the drive-thru and had to repeat myself very often to be heard. I felt disrespectful for yelling but the person could not hear me. I paid for my food and when I got home I realized they forgot part of my order. I got the new to-go-cup because I wanted to try it. The wedges were awesome. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasty. However, the boneless chicken was disgusting. The chicken was a strange color, oozed a lot of juice, and tasted gross. Will never go there again. Customer service was terrible, food wasn't great, overall experience was unsatisfactory. If you want crappy food, KFC is for you.
