Extremely poor service

We came in and sat at the bar, we waited considerable amount of time. It appeared there were 3 male servers and 1 female. Very light crowd.
Eventually, a bartender what we wanted, we ordered and walked to the other end of the bar. Another customer walked up and was immediately served by this bartender. We watched him and waiting for our order, he turned and walked outside the patio area and did not return. We continued to wait and never returned and at that point we got up and left. You can be sure we will not return our business BJ Microbrewery.
