Papa Ginos Customer Service

I bought a large Mushroom half pizza and when I got it home found out the bottom of the pizza was burnt and tasted awlfull. I am very angry . I have been a customer for years. Not too happy, John

First of al; this restaurant needs people that are proud to working for this company, starting from managers to associates. Next they don't treat their customer the way they should and finally they should be closed down from overall experience.

Papa Gino's in Bedford is so an awkward experience.. The associates behind the desk are talking about things that are very unprofessional and offensive. They are talking very loud for the whole restaurant to hear their conversations that involve swearing and relationship cheating on their partners
