U.S. Post Office Customer Service

The post office in lower paxton PA is horrible! Our business go's their every morning you ring the bell but no one can hear you because of loud music. When they do finally hear you they are rude. They must learn that from their managers because they are just as rude. Something needs to be done. If not, a video will hit you tube!!

Post Office Service totally horibble, that bad. No service, and plenty of excuses.

Slow, lazy, mean people!!! not interested in being if service. If they were hired in the private sector , they would be fired for this lack of performance!! ( there are a few good people, but not enough and probably not in NY)

I've called four different numbers of post offices in Des Moines. I have not been able to reach any customer service person at 9:45 am central time.

lost and delayed cards and envleopes which caused stop payment fees. Terrible system it is broke not only financially but system wide.

After package not delivered to me from Chicago January 20, and many excuses given, I've decided the USPS just doesn't care.

I wanted customer service and it took me over 5 min. just to get to the customer service area and now i have been on hold for 48 min and can not get though. I will hang up and call again.

The Post Office on Edgewood Av in Indpls In. when you call all you get is a busy signal and then it hangs up.

The USPS in Kirbyville Texas has started re-metering mail that has already been metered at another post office and sending collection envelopes and notes with you owe us more postage and tell the person sending it that the post office is using an outdated meter. I think this is a bunch of crap and needs to be handled from the post office side and not the consumer side.

tracking a page were the information hasn't been updated for 24hrs, and it was overnight delivery. Local office has no answer other than what's online. Where is the quality control when a package tracking hasn't been updated. The VM systems repeats the same thing and won't transfere to customer service. You finally get transferred into system only to be put on hold for 2 hours than be disconnected.

I tried to get some information on getting international stamps. I went to my local post office; they could not help me. I went to the central branch in Woburn; they can't help me. I called the 800 number and they just never answer. No wonder they are having financial problems.

post office losses their copy for forwarding mail more than once. we are in the 231st century. why not a wire service not a paper one that takes 7- 10 business days before a party can receive their mail? Now I have to go back to the post office and fill out another card. meaning another 7-10 days before I receive my mail. Poor service, not happy.

The United States post office has the worse phone service of any service I have ever encountered! I hate it! Answer the phone and speak, stop sending a STUPID MACHINE to do a man's job!

Live in a Senior Citizen Housing, mail person drove in and decided not to come in and leave mail. Don't know what happened to our mail, as far as we know that person could have thrown it out. Called local post office in West Caldwell and told nothing they could do until next day. Disgusting behavior on the part of that postal worker.
