Well I happen tah luv Burger King its one of the favirotes and the Bk resturant n Bartow Florida is by far the best Bk I ever ate its so delicious,the employees are soo kind and helpful , and their dine in area is the bomb I love bartows burger king ;) (Whoppers n fries with the strawberry sundaes are the best
The bacon gouda egg sandwich contains NO GOUDA cheese. At least at the BK in Reisterstown MD.It is American with a squirt of some unnamed sauce. I will never order that again. Becoming more disillusioned with BK each visit. Also, didn't care for the choco late what ever that was sold in JAn.
Upon coming home,I noticed additional charges on my bill.When I called,the Mgr. said he would void the entire thing.Well guess what-It was never voided.St.Rd.70 in L.Ranch is the worst restaurant,bar none,of all the Burger Kings.
I have been trying to find out about my son w2 and get no where. No e-mail or calls returned in the 2 weeks trying.I guess I will contact the IRS because it is past the dead line on getting them out. The service is sucks
They have the slowest service at Breakfast. There can be nobody in line and it takes forever to get a meal. They blame it on the fact they have only ONE Microwave and drive thru comes 1st. Every time I go there it has been slow so I stopped going all together. I only ate the breakfast anyway. Now I hit Bojangles instead. I hope the employees read all these poor reviews because your jobs are going to be in jeopardy. I see fewer and fewer people going to the one in my neighborhood. Richmond VA. Doesn't anyone care about customers anymore. If I worked there I'd bring my own microwave in.

On Sunday 1/27/13 I visited the Burger King on 20th street and 11th ave and that morning they had ran out of sausage, pancakes, and eggs. Then I went off to the one in 36th st and 7th ave in Miami Fl and there had ran out of eggs. Lastely I went off to a Mc Donalds in Bisacayne Blvd and they promptly took my order with no problem.
Several months ago you made an announcement that you were going to sell sweet potato fries. I like sweet potato fries so I thought I would skip McDonalds, and try burger kings sweet potato fries. They were pretty good, and since then, every fast food stop for me has been Burger King! Today I stopped at Burger King, and found that you switched from straight fries to curly fries, with an overwhelming taste of cinnamon. Have you people lost your minds?? They taste like crap, bring back the old sweet potato fries. I'm going back to McDonald's.

I went to burger king in collinsville va and my order was the parmesan chicken and reg chicken sandwich meal.i was not happy with the purchase reg ch sandwich no taste and the parmesan sandwich was hard could not bite into it and it was a flat round peice of chicken.i called and told the manager and and she said they microwave the food so it will melt the cheese .i took pictures of the food and posted it on facebook to let everyone see what money we pay for microwave food that should be fresh and tender,so i will not be eating burger king for awhile.burger king does sometimes have good food but only when it is lunch time when its fresh if u wait u get left over fries and burgers.
My husband and I were in the Carteret Burger King on 11/5 for lunch. It was very busy and is usually very nice. This time, however, the employees had the music blasted up so high we could not hear each other speak. I asked them to lower it and they did, the tiniest bit. We chocked down the food and left and will not be back. Not everyone is a teenager and requires blasting music.
I pulled in line at the drive thru at 11:44 am at the Terre Haute, IN. US 41 location. There were a total of 4 cars ahead of me. It was 12:04pm when I pulled up to the window. Finally, at 12:09pm, I received my order. I ordered a whopper junior with mustard and ketchup. The employee at the window said she was sorry for my long wait that they were very short handed today and added a small fry to my order. Amazing! This is not the first time this particular Burger King has ad poor wait times. However, it will definitely be my last visit! I will drive the extra 1 1/2 miles in bad traffic to receive better service at another chain.
I stopped by your Burger King Restaurant in Bridgeport WV this Sunday morning to have breakfast with my wife.The front door was broken,the coffee was cold,every table in the place was dirty and the microwave wasn't working either.Food and Service was good. Just had to get it out.
I have been to the Burger King 3 times lately and all 3 times they were out of ketchup. I cannot imagine them not having ketchup. Also I saw 2 liter bottles of drinks when I went to the drive thru. What the heck? No fountain drinks either, pouring drinks out of a bottle. Geez. I will no be going back anymore to that location in Batesburg SC.
Willis TX Burger King hours-open at 6am or whenever they feel like it!! One day in a week the BK was actually open at 6am. When I knock on the door at 6:10am they just look at me and turn around. When I go throught the drive thru at 6:15 am and honk they yell through the window that it will be another 15 min. I guess it is OK though because I can just go to the McDonalds half a block up the road and give them my business , like everyone else.
I am the freshman soccer coach at St. Thomas in Dover NH and we had a match with Kennett on Thursday Sept. 20 and we stopped at the Burger King at the intersection of 16 and 302. The service was at a level of incompetence I have never witnessed in over 50 years. The usual courtesy extended to teams that stop is that drivers and coaches eat free. The players and driver went inside while I stayed with the bus and the driver was going to get his food and return to the bus and eat his meal on the bus while the players were to eat inside. I was surprised at how long it took for the driver to return to the bus and he said that he explained 5 or 6 times to the person taking his order that drivers eat free and she could not process that through her register so he finally gave up and paid for his order. He did get a senior discount. I went inside to check on the players and found that only 1 player had been able to place his order. I watched for about 20 minutes and 3 others placed their orders and paid. The bus was supposed to go back to a golf course and pick up a team of golfers that rode with us and the driver wanted to wait until the players ate their meals as the golf match took longer than the soccer match.I went out to the driver and told him the service was so slow he should get the golfers and come back or we would be very late getting back to school. Upon re-entering 8 other customers had gotten in line for service so, I went to the end of the line. People who were behind me when I went outside wanted me to get back ahead of them but, did not think it was right and remained at the end of the line. It took over 50 minutes for 12 players to place their orders, pay for them, and get their meals. I figured I would not have enough time to go through the line behind the 8 people before the players finished their meals and were ready to leave so, stepped out of line and did not order. I can assure you I will never stop at that Burger King myself and will explain to other coaches from St. Thomas why they should try other eating places if they are looking to take their teams to eat when competing in the area.
