Every time I have to do a change of equipment I have to pass for this pain in the neck...3 hours waiting time in this location which is the closest one to me. last three times I counted 50 to 65 average customers and only two or three customers service representatives available, only for a certain period of time the 4 windows that are available to assist people are open. They need to get bigger building and more customer service representatives. PLEASE!!!!!!!!! I'm very sorry is the only near location to my house.
