yeah, what about those bills going up for no reason? For 3 months I was laid up with an injury at my sister's apartment & Comcast doubled my bill. I wasn't using tv or net at all. Hard to know whether I should take the 2 buses & brave the crowds & bad service at the only Comcast store in SF, or wait on the phone to order the new equipment and then wait 8 hours inside my apartment in case UPS comes to deliver it....
