The staff particularly the older ones are unfriendly and lack the world famous Starbucks attitude. I've been to many Starbucks shops in the US and never had a bad experience. This is the first. I was served lukewarm coffee early morning, with no greeting or eye contact and an attitude as if they were doing me a favor and I was an inconvenience to them. My advice- go to the next Starbucks location. Avoid this one....
