I stood in line for 10 minutes, went and grocery shopped. I came back to the booth thinking my drink would be ready. I watched THREE other people get their 4 drinks. I waited FIFTEEN minutes for my drink and I left, with NO drink. I tried to ask for it but someone would get in my way. I have never been so irritated. My cashier and the person who was making the drinks was Stephanie. I will not be spending another PENNY at that location. I wasted $5 on nothing. That location definitely lost a very loyal customer. Thank you Starbucks for the WONDERFUL experience. I'm sure the drink would have been great.
