just want to say getting a concern nowadays resolved it so very difficult, it really makes me miss the old days where concerns were resolved without going through the company chain of commands to resolve the concern. generally speaking it use to be where one could make a sound decision on making a call to resolve the concerns with a item or service argh so confusing and not needed c'mon people lets get back to some reasonable customer service concerns.
Bought a pair of sunglasses at 12:22 p.m. on 5/26/2013. Hung them on my blouse's V-neck and an hour later it was missing a lens. The glasses did not fall, the frame was not broken...Took the glasses back to the store for a refund or credit and was told they could not accept them back "because it was missing a lens and they could not re-sell it.!" Duh!!! the whole point is that it was defective merchandise to begin with!!! First and last time I purchase anything at Loehmann's. Will make sure my friends know it too!
New store location in Aventura is horrible. Can no longer find a well stocked Romeo and Juliet selection. The original location had much better selections. I used to buy weekly. Now, I can never find anything. The buyers need to reconsider their new changes in merchandise.
Seems like the person that answer did not know what to do left me with a sense of not solving my problem with the store
