Club Monaco Customer Service

I loved the white silk shirt with blue cuffs &collar that I bought at club Monaco. It only said "dry clean recommended" (not required) so I put it in the wash with my delicates. The blue dye ran ALL over my shirt, completely ruining it (even dry cleaning couldn't save it). When I went back to show them what happened, they told me they couldn't do anything to recover the nearly $70 that I had spent on the shirt and cleaning. Terrible customer service.

I was reluctant to spend $69 for the Janis hat, but it was the exact style I wanted and I figured it would be high quality so I would have it for years. It unraveled after about six wears and I got no response to my emails and messages to customer service. I will never shop there again!!!
