It's ridiculous to only have 2 days as a return period. Nothing can be returned after October 21 for Halloween purchase. I just received the order on October 20. It does not clearly and visibly show that returning period is only 2 days from day of arrival. There is no other store that has such a short return period.
I visit it just four days back.Employee were really quick and sensible.Everything was perfectly displayed,we all love to go there....
My review title (Sentenced) is how the employees in most Party City stores Ive been in act..Like nooo, they didn't apply to work there, its more like they were SENTENCED to do it! Like they are being forced to do some type of work project or something. Honestly. It makes you want to slap the hell out of them. They have the WORST customer service I've come across so far, and I go to alot of stores. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE Party City (as a store, and their merchandise) they just need to be more aware of their employees attitudes and work ethics. Its sad to say, but I feel if work places were based on their employee performances and survived by customer reviews...There would be NO Party City. And that would be well deserved.

Can't believe how cruel some of these reviews are. Party City has always been wonderful to me and so helpful. I do about two to 3 parties a year and love to decorate. They don't have anything "fancy" like Hobby Lobby, but they have most of the basics to build from and so nice.
Nothing good in the stores. Everything you have to order or purchase online.
