Bob Evans Customer Service

February 16, 2013 we went for breakfast-at Bob Evans, Marietta, Ohio-arrived at 9:30 AM. The tables and lobby were full. Surprisingly, our wait was short. Over the next 2 hours we witnessed the most efficient, well coordinated operation possible. From Mgrs to Hostess to Waitresses to Clean up guy-the whole thing reminded us of a perfectly choreographed show. When leaving, we did not want to disrupt any one, so we are passing the compliment to them-thru you-please forward. Thank you Ron & Mary Cline

I was in Bob Evans in burton mi 2x since they remodel. both time It was bad. 1x time order only pie. waited 35 min for it.2nd time order meals. Out 3 meals 2 had to be sent back cause they was cold. Wait 1hr and still didn't get 2 meals back walked out and went 2 the dairy queen to eat. the floors was dirty. table need to be pick up . and i went though the place ther was only 10 table of people. this was beween 4-5pm. it should been pack but it wasn't

I have eaten at bob Evans since the 1980. Why are the women's restrooms always dirt? The tile floors need pressure washed.

Your MI resturants have the worst coffee we have ever tasted. Go back to your old brand the kind your serving now is awful!

I live in Harpers Ferry, WV and after going to the Bob Evans here in New Castle, PA, I have never had bad experience at my location ever but this one is bad they charged us 2.00 for rolls and the coffee was several hours old it was burnt tasting. I will never take my parents back to this one when I am visiting them in Ohio. at least mind in Harpers Ferry offers you free rolls and pumpkin bread while waiting for our food, this was really sad that you are suppose to be a nationwide business but don't follow the rules of all Bob Evans.

I rtecently paid a visit to one of your restaurants. I was appalled at your "new" sausage gravy. I complained to the manager. He explained that he no longer had control over that product. He said that the corperate kitchens are now making and shipping the sausage gravy. In my humble opinion you need to change the recipe BACK to what it was. I do not like the new sausage gravy! PLEASE change the recipe back to what it was!
