Went to Bob Evans - South Euclid OH on Cedar rd. - arrived 1020 am and sat at the quick service area. - 1020-1028 - 10 employees walked past me before I was acknowledged. Including manager 3 times 1029 - placed order 1030-1100 - saw first hand the utter shitshow unfolding in front me. Kitchen a wreck, no one to run expo, kitchen not communicating with FOH, food in the window with no one to run it. 1101- decided I couldn't take it I had to leave without eating. As I have an understanding of how KDS works I saw my order was still 4 orders back. 1102 - I told my server I couldn't wait anymore. She was nice enough to not charge me for the coffee or the food I never received. I left her 5$ for her efforts. I won't be Back
