Use to,. we had a very good Bob Evans in Waynesburg, as it is practically the only restaurant in town. Well, lately in past 6 mo. the service has not been that good. When woman manager is there, it runs pretty smooth, but man manager doesnt keep check in kitchen and things arent fixed the way they are suppose to be. Stopped in there Sun. and a line of us stood there and no one even came to seat us. Not good.
