They charged me 20 bucks a piece for 3 movies I turned in and put me negative in the bank. I told them to check the security cameras and sure enough, I had returned them so they gave me a full refund on what was drafted from my account.

Red Alert

I was wondering if it was possible to use the machines without a card. I haven't seen many movies I'm interested in watching, but was going to rent something good once I found it. I have friends that use Redbox, and I've read reviews. Thanks to that, I know to save my money.

bad movie

I rented Killing them softly, and it was dirty, and couldn't get any picture. I called the customer service number and was on hold for 25 to 30 min's. I would like to get my money back for that movie. You really need better customer service, 30 min's is way to long to be put on hold.

Replacement DVD

I had rented a movie from RedBox and when I received it, I did't notice that it was damaged until 2 days later when I tried to watch it. The movie kept freezing, that's when I noticed that it was cracked. i immediately reported it and they sent a replacement right away. I was satisfied.

Horrible

I'm very upset with the movie I purchased, when I got it, it was very filthy. When I played it, it didn't even work it showed nothing but Green choppy screen play, through the whole thing! Total waist of money and time, watching and taking the time to purchase this.... And on top of that the customer service line is shit. I can't even get through to talk to anyone

house hunting

I've rented many movies from the kiosks. This is probally the worse skipping movie I have experienced. The disk when I received was a mess with scratches, but I still tried it.

customer service

We reserved a movie online with our redbox instant credits at a kiosk and it said no reservations available but still took out a credit, I called CS and she gave me the credit back and without me asking added one for the trouble. Fast. Easy. Done.

don't rent from redbox!

I finally broke down and rented movies from redbox instead of the local store, worst experience ever! A week after returning the movies(on time) redbox charged my account again saying that the movies were not returned! I called the customer service line, they apologized and said they can not refund my money they took but would be willing to give me promo codes to get free movie rentals! Seriously....you really think I'm going to put my debit card back into your machine?!! You definately lost a customer ....and one with a mouth piece so everyone will know about my experience!

Red box is horrible!

Every time I rent from red box the disk doesn't work properly. Netflix is fine and plays great but redbox sucks and always freezes. Never again!

Price Increase

When I first started using Redbox, the prices were amazing at 99c. Now it seems that every week the price goes up and now it's at $1.31. I do not want to rent anymore if the prices are going to continue to rise every couple of weeks. Why is Redbox doing this without telling customers first?

DVD that didn't work

Redbox associate was extremely helpful. He was able to resolve the problem I had plus credited my account with 2 free movies. I'm a satisfied customer. This is the second time I've had to contact them within the past 2 years.
