I was in a store wanting to return some defective merchandise without a receipt. Even though I had used my "Friends" card, they said they could only exchange the product for the lowest price. They said they had no ability to find the selling price. I called the customer service number and spoke to Artyna. Using my "Friemds" number, she found the transaction, gave me the price, and information the store will need to credit me correctly. Artyna did a great job handling a situation where I was just pissed at how I was handled in the store and really was calling just to register my complaint.
