quality of food

Over the years, I've been a loyal customer but lately, I've begun to question.that loyalty. On three occassions I visited the Rawsonville Wendy's in Michigan, and been dissapointed in the quality of food ordered. The chili, which I used to love, is frequently watered down and rather greasy. In addition, the quality of the burgers are overcooked and greasy as well. Sorry--but I'm losing faith in your slogan of "Quality is our recipe"

great customer service

On a recent trip I stopped at Arbys on Taylorsville Rd in Statesville NC & unknowingly left my wallet there. I thought it was gone forever but was overjoyed to receive a voicemail on my home phone saying it had been found by an employee and was safe & sound. Thanks to the wonderful staff @ this Arbys I was saved a lot of stress & could enjoy my NC trip.

ON GOODMAN AQVENUE in North College Hill, north of Cincinnati, there is a store named Rose, which has a very,very large parking lot. Their many customers use less than 10% of the spaces. I believe you could lease a portion of the lot and set up an Arby's Restrauant , which would serve the community, because your nearests store are MANY miles away. Even a Wendy's is more than 2 miles away.

The City might even give you a tax break if you came ineto their area.

Ad included with newspaper

"Over $35.00 in valuable coupons inside" I absolutely will not go to Wendy's as long as ads are printed in Latino. In USA we speak, read, write & understand ENGLISH!!!!!! I have NO plans to learn Latino. I see no need to print anything in a language other than ENGLISH.....

emplyees get my order right please

I have a Wendy's very close to my house (Revere MA) hence I end up there when I had not time to cook. but EVERY SINGLE time, my order is wrong. I always ask for a Baja Salad with chicken on a side (because I am vegetarian). EVERY SINGLE time one or 2 items are missing. And I just had chicken. I removed it from the top, but I guess I missed a tiny piece. It doen not take a PHD to do not forget to remove chicken or to add dressing etc in the bag. I hope Wendy's is gonna address the employers of this place. I personally may have to stop eating Wendy's

COLD FOOD AGAIN!

We make several trips to Wendy's as it is our favorite fast food restaurant locally.When we ordered,we reminded the lady that our last order was cold when we got it and all wrong...again.But we ordered.The order was from store #0005609 @ 3:56:39 PM register 4.cashier Ashley L.We got $15.93 dollars of cold food,scattered all in the bag and bad service.The only thing not scattered was the chicken nugget sauce as it was presealed.This is unacceptable...You need to retrain and fire or close the store,.This always happens.......I will choose elsewhere.everyone can have an off day,but each time????

Filty

Wendy's at Bulldog Road near BYU is the filthiest Wendy's I have ever been to. Not busy when I came in and floors and tables were filthy. Benches were greasy.

obnoxious cashier

totally obnoxious & rudetoday. Some guy i have never seen there before. Pushy about us ordering, "satating: quote-r u guys really hungry & constantl talking when we were trying to pick off the menu...jus would not shut up! Like he is retarted or something or high on something?? Then he gave me almost 2-dollars in changs & all dollar-bills from a $20 for (2-#1 combos). A real jerk & almost got screamed at by the friend that was with me. We did not ring the bell...& that is the first time in 2-years i did not." We were the only 2-persons ordering & there at the counter. No one showed up for almost 10-minutes. Wonder why??

Horrible Service

Stopped by Wendy's on Northern Lights Blvd . in Anchorage on my way to work . Only 1 other customer in the store . Took 5 minutes for an employee to notice me and ask me what I wanted . Took over 10 minutes to get the food . No napkins in the napkin holders . Counted 6 different employees working in the store . Had a problem with this location a couple of days earlier ( only reason I stopped by here is because I was working in the area this week ) . Went thru the drive thru and it took 35 minutes to get thru . Not impressed . Obviously these employees are not supervised .

customer

I was watching the commercial for the new cheeseburger on the pretzel roll and it looked good. I was hungry and didn't want to cook for myself so I drove to the store on Bond Road in Elk Grove, CA.

The employee at the drive up window was rude and unprofessional - he was a young kid so I just ignored that issue.

When I got home, I noticed that there was so much oil coming from the sandwich that it had soaked through the cardboard box, and the bag and there was oil on the seat of my pickup,.

When I got inside to eat, I found that in addition to enough grease to service the car, the sandwich was cold.

Last time at Wendys!!!!

Pathectic window service

Placed order. Pulled up to Pay Window. Mr. Dreadlocks takes my money, gives change and ignores me like a POS. He did not say "hi" or thank you. He turned around and resumed laughing with 4 other workers who seemed to have nothing else to do. Won't be back for that action.

chicken sandwich for a buck

Yesterday I purchased 6 sandwiches for my family and me. I never complain but this time I have to. Those sandwiches looked like the one the guy holds up in the commercial. There was no cheese and there was so little dressing that it was dry to eat, and one little piece of wilted lettuce. We probably won't be going to the Durango Colorado store again.

Letter sent by district manger threatening employees/roof leaks in back of store, broken pipes. Cut hours to employees so they don't have to give them insurance. The whole store need remodel because it is horrible. Work condition unsafe for employees. The Wendy's in Thorndale Pa. Please check into

workers on something, very rude badly managed

when I placed my order the worker acted as if I was bothering her. I have been in food service for many years and have not been treated this badly by anyone The workers name tag said Monica and I don't know if your company drug tests but there were some signs that she was under the influence of something. I know that I won't be back to this Aztec location and will definitely tell my friends and other social media outlets that this is the poorest managed Wendys I have ever been to. also the food was dry or old or both.

I was at your Wendy's location in Fargo ND and went through the drive through and got home and was missing half my order so I called the store and the manager asked me so what should I do for u so she said she would send somd coupons whicb I never recieved!! Bad service from the managment.

20 Year Old Chicken Sandwich

No kidding! My chicken Sandwich was so hard and dry and funny tasting that It seemed like it must have been under a heat lamp for years. Took 2 bites before I looked at it. There was a 1/4 inch gap between the chicken and the breading. Was traveling across Iowa and by the time I realized it was inedible did not want to return to the restaurant for a replacement. So disappointed. Someone should surely have noticed this before it went into the bag.
