I had decided to ignore this issue, but after consideration, changed my mind. I have a slew of prescriptions that Wal-Mart is privileged to service. For the past month, I have been taking the wrong drug for blood pressure. You filled my bottle with indigestion pills (Famotidine). My blood pressure has been elevated for several weeks, that's how I discovered the error. Now that the error has been discovered and a re-fill is necessary, the pharmacy called the wrong hospital and a re-fill order never made an appearance. I have decided that I am highly pissed about this. I am taking my business elsewhere. There are no good giants and you are confirmatory evidence of this statement. While I am writing this, I will say that the attitude, generally, of pharmacy personnel just sucks up and down the walls! Over time there have been many problems that should have sent me away, for some reason I stayed (close proximity to my home). Quite a few times I came home to find I had been shorted one prescription. Had to call and then go back to the store to pick up the missing scrip. Rarely ever an apology from Wal-Mart. All I have on my schedule is visiting Wal-Mart? Yeah! Right!
