about 2 months ago I purchased 2 bra's from Victoria Secret in Leominster, MA. They cost me $48.00 apiece and I wanted to express my discontentment..the straps never lay flat and they are starting to rip in the front! I have only washed by hand and layed flat to dry. Spending this kind of money for a product it should be perfect! Needless to say, I need to take them back and I hope get a full refund because the product in my opinion is defective. Not sure if I will ever buy Bra's from there again.
