The lady that helped us today to buy a I phone 5 was very good. She gets a 5 star, but not having someone to answer the phone at the store gets a 1 star!
I have a question on charging the phone, as the plug to the phone is very loose, could not get anyone to answer the phone when I called or help, do I need a new plug?
