Bad Customer Service

When we arrived at TGIF in Fairfax, VA, we asked about the endless appetizers. We don't get to go to eat often so this was our day. We were told no boneless wings until after 4pm. What! The waitress told us that there was party last night and they had none! Really, then why would you have them after 4pm when we arrived it was 2pm. I asked if they would substitute and she flat out said no! I asked again and asked why and all she said was the computer won't allow us to change. Are you serious? Since when does customer service run by computer? This was also embarrassing because the waitress just rolled her eyes as if we were the problem.

i have been to different wal marts freezer section and i cannot find the mac and cheese balls you used to sell. what happened? no one seems to sells these anymore. i bought them once and i have asked at the customer service counter if they could get any more in. they told me to e mail you directly. please bring these bacck to the stores. loved them. i know you have to change things but if the products are selling please dont take them away. please make more and sell more of these. thank you ona gebhardt

worst dining ever

I was at fridays on 1/4/13 it was the worst.... my table got there food and finished eating before my food even came out and when I got it it was horrible I complained to the manager but he never came to my table to see if everything was ok... I went to the ladies room it was filthy and the floor in the dining area that leads to the restroom was also filthy I will never go to the Baldwin Fridays again it was horrible

Bad Food and Customer Service

I purchased $64.00 worth of food from the Greenbelt, MD TGI Friday on October 10th around 5:00 pm. This was a take out order. The ribs were not cooked well done. The sweet potato fries were soft.It was terrible. I have eaten from Friday's lots of times but this was the worst. I don't know who they have in the kitchen but they don't have a clue how to cook. I tried calling the manager back; they would tell her who was calling and she would not pick up the phone. I am very disgusted. Never again and I would not recommend Friday to anyone.

We are long time lovers of TGIFridays. We love the atmosphere,quality of food and the prices. Although the service lately has been unpleasant. Until we returned this Sunday morning and meet Bonnie A. She was friendly,warm and took care us wonderfully. Thanks Management!

Allergy issues - food contents

I just spoke with guest relations, and they are in the process of following up on an incident this afternoon at the Quakertown PA Fridays. We ordered off the Jack Daniels menu as usual, and no allergy problems on previous visits. My Girlfriend is extremely allergic to peppers of all kinds. Today we ordered a side of the new mac-cheese bites, which we shared. My shrimp came with sides of fries, and a vegetable medley. The medley had bell peppers in it, and I shared a shrimp from my plate with her, which could have been in the liquid of the medley, and a cause of her allergy attack. Luckily She did have an EppiPen at home to use, and prevented respiratory arrest. respiratory failure

Never got served

Thursday, March 21, 2013,. I went to your restaurant off of route 29 in Maryland I belive it was Silver Spring. It was 4pm I was given a table and then waited for over 30 minutes and not even given a glass of water nor asked what I wanted anything. So I just got up and walked out. Very unhappy their were many servers around and the place was not even 1/4 filled . What ever happen to your place?

Not up to par

Dover De Fridays was disappointing to say the least. Jack strips were burned and chix crusted pecan salad was burned also. This was a to-go order, so by the time I got to my destination it was too late to turn around; to top it off no plasticware- darnit!!! That salad is my fav. and had no bluecheese crumbles either. Sorry guys, wont be back.

complaint

We had a gift card so we decided to swing by for a quick bite to eat. We sat at a table in the bar and we waited and waited for someone to greet us. finally after sitting for about 10 minutes we were greeted. She was pleasant but not apologetic for the wait what so ever. She took our drink orders then didn't come back for a while. Once she finally dropped of the drinks she took our food order and from there we never spoke to her again..until my husband had to go the bar rail to request the check at the end of the meal. I'm sure my drink wasn't important because I didn't get an alcoholic beverage but I NEVER got a refill. And then we ordered a burger and app for our meals but she just ASSUMED we wanted the one since it was in the app category first. So...we ended up sharing because we were starving. finally when the burger did come out it was the wrong one!! I had to hunt down someone to even acknowledge us (food runner) and she said she could bring out a side of the Jack daniels sauce. (So... wrong cheese, no bacon, and no sauce?? and that's what we were offered?) By this time my husband was just tired of being there and didn't want me to try to get another one made, so he just ate that one. When we finally got the bill we waited for a long while to even get her to come back and run the card. I told her at this time we never got what we ordered so she had the manager come speak with us. I was a bartender for 6 years. I am patient and understanding and I realize that we were not the only customer but really? Not even a refill? We will not be back. We'll stick with local well staffed places.

I'm a frequent customer of Fridays,I have visit your bar and ate dinner at various locations, on several visits to the linden Fridays located at 400 park ave I have experienced terrible service from Candice a bartender at your establishment,her attitude is unexceptionable,I believed that it was just me,and I complained to the manager, but after more than one occasion with other customers complaining after being served by her,it's clear that your bartender does not belong in that position

You need to a get serious management team here.

Christmas night... After a great day at a theme park, we thought we would go to TGI Fridays for appetizers and cocktails. The resturant is directly next to the hotel we stayed at, so it seemed like a "no brainer". Between the four of us in our party, three of us had issues with our drinks to start the night off. There was lip stick on one glass, draft beer left a nasty dirty taste most likely due to the fact the draft nozzles are not being cleaned properly, and the third case would be the floating mystery item flolating on top of a shot of whiskey. Now, I understand resturants can have good or bad days, but the bartender could not have cared less about the drink situation. After the bill was paid I asked to speak to a manager, who seemed unbelievably less interested than the bartender. However, the manager did apologize with a neevous smile on her face, saying "I feel really bad about this, I am sorry". During this conversation I met another "manager", who also apologized, and seemed sheepishly concerned. I will say, neither "manager" had shown any managerial skills as far as rectifying the situation. I guess my whole point to this post is the resturant, staff and food are a true disappointment. I was given the impression once I walked out the door nothing would be any different from us bringing this situation to management. I hope I made myself clear, Its a TGI Fridays, I wasn't expecting anything more than something simple and fun. It was all but that. Fridays used to be a fun place for good bar food, but not here! I will forward this to corporate a well. I figure there is a reason why the number of TGIF Fridays is declining across the US, maybe this review could shed some insight on what goes on when corporate is not around.

TOTALLY RUINED A VERY SPECIAL NIGHT

I have to tell you that tonight marked the last night that I will ever visit your restaurant again. What should have been a very special night for my son, who was celebrating his 21st birthday, and my daughter, who is enlisted in the Army and leaving for Germany tomorrow, was totally ruined by your staff. I arrived early with 3 other guests to your restaurant, and immediately spoke to the hostess, and then the manager. I informed them that it was my son's 21st birthday, and that my daughter, who in enlisted, would be leaving for Germany the next day. I asked them to please bring my son a piece of cake, and sing Happy Birthday to him. I also asked if they could do something similar for my daughter, but with a military flare since she is leaving for a 2 year tour in Germany. I was told that would be no problem. Not only did none of this happen, we were given the WORST WAITER in the history of waiters. We had to actually ask the waiter to please remove some of the dishe, and used napkins from the table. I was given the check without them ever singing happy birthday to my son, or making any mention for my daughter as requested. The waiter never, EVER returned to our table, and after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to appear, I finally got them to sing for my son, but they never did anything for my daughter. We then had to wait almost 20 minutes for the check, and it was bought to us by a waiter that I have never seen once the entire evening. For the very first time in my adult life, I did not leave a tip. I am infuriated that I was FORCED TO LEAVE A TIP in the amount of 24. 63. A tip should be a reflection your satisfaction with your server, AND I WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING SATISFIED. I understand that when there is a table of 8 it is customary for a tip to be added, but in this case it should never have been added. I have been eating at your establishment for as long as I can remember, but this is the end of that. This was an evening that I cannot get back, and it was ruined. I could have chosen any number of restaurants, but I chose your, and it was a disaster. This evening was so important to us because we are separated after losing our home to Sandy, and our daughter leaving to serve in the military over seas. I will tell any one with a pair of ears to never eat at Friday's again.

Fajitas

I was upset when I went to the store and couldn't find your steak & chicken fajitas in the bag. I have bought several bags and thought they were very good. Please put them back in the grocery stores. I have also heard other people talking about your fajitas.
