I had a big problem at one of your restrants in Springfield MO. this morning 6/2/13 the one on 3755 S Champbell I eat at several of your locations in Springfield but the food on south camble has the best. But this morning they did not even put enoigh gravy on my biscits to even cover half of what was on my plate. Have had this problem befor at this same location and they have fixed it without any problems usally because I have had others with me and you could cumpare the plates and see the cook had just shorted one of the plates. Well I ate alone this morning and when they sent it out short on gravy they charged me an extra $1.50 for what should of already been on my plate. I no that don't sound like a lot of money but if they did that every time they short you it would ad up real fast. I am sure that I am not important enough to get this fixed but I have probally ate at your stores for the last time. Really a shame that I will go where the food is not as good over such a small amout of money. Its ashame that this does not go to corprate or someone that can fix the problm really a shame
