Hello, I was recently in your store (12/31/12) looking at bows for me and one more importantly for my niece, since it was her Bday the next day . I had bought a bow there years ago when the staff was really friendly & helpful, since then (about 6 yrs ago) the service has really gone down hill . Anyways, I stood there for I don't know how long, the guy that was working in the area acted like he was so busy and never once asked if I needed help or anything , Needless to say, I have shopped there less & less over the years, but now I just may be done with BP all together , sad because its such a nice store (LV, NV) .
