We wont be back

We came to the studio for pictures on time. Another family was there and went well over our time. Probably a half an hour while we tried to keep our 1 year old busy. Tough to do sometimes! The photographer blamed it on someone else booking wrong. Our photographer had no idea how to take a picture of a toddler. She was waiting for the exact right moment to take the picture asking him to smile and sit still. NOT going to work. She missed quite a few great photo ops with him. When we got our CD home, we looked at the pictures and you could see wrinkles in the back drop, part of the back wall and part of the backdrop together. The colour was bad. Everything was bad. Our free frame was just that. A plastic frame. No glass, no nothing. It looks so cheap. We wont be back for sure. I would call to make a formal complaint but based on other comments I have seen, there's really no point. So disappointed.

Portrait Studio

My Easter pictures were fabulous and I have a bad feeling I am not going to get them. I was also on hold for over 20 minutes then was hung up on. The people in Lavale have no idea what is going on with the pictures. The upper management will tell them nothing. My oldest had his pictures taken there for years and I am very upset about this whole process. They have been very unfair to the employees who had no idea they were losing their jobs and to the customers who paid. I WANT MY PICTURES!!! Ok. I feel a little better.

not happy

It has been over a month I have seen no pictures or anything. This is soooo he as heart breaking. I would really love to have the photos or my money back.

horrible service from studio and customer service phone support

I had pictures taken over a month ago and have yet to receive a phone call, an email or anything to let me know they are ready. I have called and left two messages with no response. I've driven to the studio two times for other reasons at the mall and they're were closed both times! Extremely long hold time on customer service phone call... they estimated a 5 minute wait... I hung up after 50 minutes!!!!!

wheres my order

I placed an order on April 5 2013 and I still haven't yet received it and everytime i call someone picks up and hangs up in my ear!!

No Answer at Customer Service

I placed my order on 4/6/13. Today is 4/18/13. The website still states that the order is "In Process". There was no answer at the CS Number and I haven't recieved an answer to my email that I sent on 4/15/13.
