I just received a call advising me that the Sears repairmen was sick and I've been rescheduled for service on 1 Nov. This marks the 2nd time my appointment has been rescheduled. The mower has now been out of commission since September! Highly suggest you hire someone who is more dependable or at least make arrangements for a backup waiting 2 months is unacceptable. Especially since I was foolish enough to purchase the full protection package at over $600!!!
