Selected "papa's choice" LG 3 topping for $10.followed prompts to select my 3 toppings and placed order. During check out made the choice to change to delivery then submitted order. The pizza that showed up was a plain cheese...we called to complain that we did not receive what we ordered and got an unsatisfactory response. Manager looked up the order and said they received a cheese only order on their end, so there was nothing he could do unless we'd like to order and pay for another pizza. Evidently the online ordering can't be relied on to communicate selections correctly. Very disappointing to be stuck paying for a 3 topping pizza and getting a cheese only with no concession from my local Greenwood, In store. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again...very poor customer service/satisfaction from this customer.
