I just left Metro Pcs on Pines near Palm Ave. I had a problem sending text messages amongst other issues like the dial pad sticking, phone dialing numbers without my assistance. I was told I had to have my phone reset, one employee told the sales lady that my gmail could sync my numbers. That was a blatant lie, he did not know what he was saying. I lost all my telephone business numbers. I'm very upset because I need to make some business calls now. What am I todo? Why can your staff not be reached? There must be a way to retreive my numbers. I need immediate response.
