Calling Safe Link for two years for a phone, no one answers the phone you just go through prone. Someone came to my church and signed me up two years ago and I still don't have a phone Safe Link you need to have real people talking to customers some time because you are a business.
Have been calling to cancel since 05/14. The reps always say, it's already cancelled but when I call back a month or so later and ask if I still have service, I'm told yes. I called a week ago and when the rep discovered that I had called to cancel service, she started talking very quickly, refused to respond to anything else I said and soon hung up
I have lost my charger for my safelink phone, and cannot charge it. Can not get a hold of anyone to find out if I can get another charger, or where I can go to buy a charger that will fit it.
