Let me begin by saying that I have done business with your company since 1996. I've been treated with the up most respect in every purchase experience. I have purchase everything from food to tools for my husband, and lots of things for myself. In saying this, I must bring up the matter of QVC and Paula Dean. If she is dropped from your network, I will no longer in any way continue to do business with QVC. I believe in looking at ourselves for wrong before we look at others. So in saying this, if the almighty dollar is worth more than standing beside someone who is human. If I see through your network that this is how you feel, I will no longer ever do any kind of business with your company. I will also make my feelings known on my facebook account. I don't believe there is a perfect person on QVC just kind, considerate and polite. That's what I believe about QVC..don't change my thoughts. Sincerely, Jane Rolland, Ocala, Fl..
