I have used moneygram both to send and receive.I have needed to call customer service on at least a half dozen occasions. The longest I have ever been on hold is 8 minutes but mostly it is less. I always have had helpful polite and pleasant customer service agents. I prefer monogram over all other services. The money has always got to the person I needed to receive and vice versa. Good company.
