I sent in my chipped kitchenaid blender jar, in hopes of purchasing a suitable replacement. I sent in a return label, return postage, and a request to send it back to me if the jar could not be replaced. They claim to have sent it back. I never received it back. Now the blender is completely useless without the blender jar. They sent it back without using my label or postage, and big surprise, it never got here. I've called numerous times, this time customer service chewed me out for sending it to the wrong place! They receive the mail, but were unable to put it back in the same box, put the address sticker on it, and the stamps. Then they said the missing jar is my fault for sending it to a "customer service center". KitchenAid customer service is awful. I do not recommend this brand to anyone.
