Trying to access my account (landline, cell, internet, direct tv) is impossible online. Passwords aren't recognized. I don't want to be stuck on the phone w a service rep. I just want to make sure than I am getting the best bundle plan with all of my accounts. Also, I no longer have caller id on tv or call notes on landline since last service call to correct connection to adt
