I spent over an hour on the phone fighting for what three past AT&T c/s reps have promised, and NOTHING changed. I have been calling about my small business line since Oct. 2013, still not resolved................just horrible service, ready to yank the land line FOR GOOD and use only my T-Mobile cell phone.
