Worst customer service ever

I will NEVER buy another Chevy again. Bought a 2008 cobalt. 19 days after my warranty expired my check engine light came on. Needed new crank shaft sensor, drive and timing chain. I was told " sorry your warranty is expired and we can't help". Come to find out my timing chain snapped causing it to hit the engine and bend the valves in the engine. Now I need a new engine and my car has 66,000 miles on it. This is a serious problem. No wonder you're company is going under. You're cars are worthless just like your customer service. Gm stands for government motors.

Lifetime GM driver

I have driven nothing but GM cars for 55 years. I am so disappointed in your business ventures in and with China, I can never buy another GM car. Wish I had known this when I bought my last Cadillac.

when i read these reviews i ' m reminded that gm doesn't care or they would have taken care to see that there warranties were real and could not always be "weaseled" out of, then i remember they don't have to care as there are taxpayer dollars to reward them for not managing properly.

011 3500 chev dully

my truck has 24000 miles, exhaust fluid light came on. GM says I used the wrong fluid which is matching numbers with GM OE. Told me it would cost $300.00 to drain the fluid. I'm a certified GM Auto Tech. Drained the fluid myself and a day later the sensor cracked, which was nothing to do with draining the fluid. Called GM and would give me no help. They sided with the dealership. It cost me $600.00 to fix.

Vehicle Examination

Martin Cadillac, Los Angeles sucks....I called yesterday for a today 10 oclock app for a vehicle evalutation. My name wasn't even on the list. 2 guys and a nice girl attended me. I was directed to the the waiting room that someone would call me when ready. After more than one hour waiting, someone came looking for the owner of a gray SRX....for my surprise, my car was seating there still wainting for service.....I was so upset that I took my car and drove away...These is a 3rd time a screwup occurs. I will report these to GM.
