They have terrible customer service and products. I ordered a vanity for my daughter and it came missing pieces and broken. I finally got it picked up for return 2 weeks ago and still have not received my full credit. Instead they are posting to my account $0.78 and $1.31 when I paid it was $93.79 and that was paid all at once. Now because of this tomorrow morning my daughter will not get to receive anything from Santa since this was the gift/money that we needed to replace it with.
