I recently was at your Centerville, Utah location. I was the only one sitting in the lobby and the employees would walk in and have a conversation dropping the f word and other non Appropriate language multiple times. I don't believe they were aware I was in the lobby because it is tucked around the corner. I think I will be finding somewhere else to take my car to get things worked on from now on.

You get what you pay for,

Brought my car in for an oil change so I didn't have to drive 20 additional miles to the dealer. Poor training caused them to over tighten lug which broke the washer and oil began leaking after awhile...forget them !!!

Not Happy

Went to the Jiffy Lube in West Ocean City, Maryland at White Marlin Mall. Was told they do not top off fluids and I know for a fact this was a service they offered in the past. Then the oil change was 52.00. Will not be going back to ANY Jiffy Lube. Poor customer service.

Unhappy Customer

Had transmission drained and filled at your store 2138 on Memorial Drive over a week ago. Car is leaking all over my driveway. I have been back to your store twice and nothing has been done to fix my car. I spent over $200 and now will need to take the car to the dealership to be fixed.

Tire Sensor

Had first Jiffy Lube on new car. Have been a customer for 25 years. Had full service done including tire pressure check. Drove three miles and parked vehicle at home for the night. In the morning there was a sensor light for tire. Had tire changed and spare put on. When went to have tire fixed, was told the sensor had been damaged. Went to Jiffy Lube and they denied they damaged sensor. It costs $122.00 for sensor. Have called in claim and am waiting for district manager to respond. Will update when issue is resolved.

fast talking rip-off

why send the consumer a coupon for $18.99 and then have your employee's charge us $54.61. I told them when I first walked in, that I wanted the oil change on the coupon (which I handed them and they gave back till later) when I went to pay they said that it was the premium oil change and that it took $21.00 off of the price. please try to give the next person that you rip-off a kiss after you sc___ them!

Think women are stupid, think again!

Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA. I went in for an oil change and left with a tire that was leaking and deflated. The maanger said the tech broke the valve stem on the tire and the replacement valve was leaking because my rim was bent. I never had any problems with the tire before his tech broke the valve stem, if it would not have been broken I would not have a leaking tire. I may be women but I am certainly not stupid!

Incomplete inspection

I reciently visited my Jiffy-Lube to check a emmisions light, had it diagionsed, properly I might add,but advised to visit dealership for this type of repair. At the repair shop I was advised my entire braking system was shot & it's $$$$ to fix. I had the original repair done, & asked how my car passed inspection this past Jan ( 6 months earlier) & was advised it should never have passed & could not possibly have deteriated to its currant condition in such a short time. I'm getting a second opinion, but feel that it all should have been caught if I spection had been done properly. It could have caused a life & should be held responsible for the damage. I have been going to this Jiffy-lube for years, without incedent, but feel let down big time. I realize your employee turnover is unbelievable, but whenever a job is incomplete, it's unacceptable.

Jiffy Lube upkeep of property

1705 Soquel Ave Santa Cruz Ca 95062 The property is a mess. There is trash around the property; particularly at curb area around 'rocks'. Customers use it as ash tray and litter. The neighbors have tried to keep it tidy as this area is the MARNELL AVE Entrance to EASTMORRISSEY neighborhood. In the traffic impact report was there provision made for EMPLOYEE parking? They park in front of houses that therefore do not have parking available, litter and leave cigarette butts in the street and drive eratically in the neighborhood.

Oil change turns into broken windsheild

My son Eric and his girlfriend take his chevy pickup in for an oil change on 4/14/2013 Sunday afternoon in Mankato MN 1664 E Madison leave for about 15 minutes and come back . Pay for the service get in the pickup outside and they both notice the windsheild is cracked very obvious crack. Not there before service was done and of course they , Jiffy Lube denied they had anything to do with it. WOW. Called the Manager of shop and he asked me "Why would we crack your windshield?" Really I don't know you tell me. WOW Totally unprofessional. Very dissappointing. Stay away from Jiffy Lubes.

Fabulous service!!

I've used different Jiffy Lube locations throughout the years; however, I finally found the best! The one located on 1975 Cerrillos Rd. in Santa Fe, NM is the very best service I've received anywhere. There is one particular gentleman: Gilbert Ortiz, Assistant Manager, who always makes sure my car is well cared for. I've heard other people in the waiting room mention him as well. Anyhow, just wanted to drop off a line and thank you for wonderful service.

Wow!! Go in for a oil change and come out with a busted glove compartment!!! Who would have thought1

I went in for an oil change this pass Saturday and I noticed that one of the employees was (Jimmy) looking diligently in my glove compartment and having difficulty closing it. He had his manager to come over and try closing it. I witiness the manager ( Erick) slamming the glove compartment close. He slammed it so hard that my car jerked. When Jimmy approached me to pay for my oil change. I mentioned that I notice that he had difficulty closing my glove compartment. He said, "Yeah, that's why I had the manager to close it". I told him that I was going to check my glove compartment before I leave the premises. I got in my car and open the glove compartment, it fell open and there were pieces in the glove compartment. I got out of the car and said to the employee, "you guys broke my glove compartment". The manager came over and looked at it and said, "I'm sorry, madam,it's is busted". I asked him why did they go my glove compartment. He explained to me that they were looking for a filter in the glove compartment and realized that I didn't have one and had a hard time closing the glove compartment. I explained that they needed to replace my glove compartment. Erick, the manager took down my information and said that he will order me a new glove box and install it. I asked him to write it down and he did. I asked him how long will this take and he said that he didn't know, but he will contact me and he wrote down my phone number. I never had a problem with this Jiffy Lube location so I was shocked that this happen. I was also very disappointed that they were going to allow me to leave without letting me know that they busted my glove compartment....not very professional or honest!!!
