Have an issue with my DLP TV, white dots appearing all over the screen. Did research and found it is a DLP chip going bad. Located a site on the internet indicating Samsung was offering a one-time repair of the problem, Great. Contacted customer support at Samsung, they said sure and referred me to service request site. Who promptly told me they are no longer doing the repairs. Went back to customer support site and they changed their story. WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN !!!! What a joke.
