This has got to be the worst outfit for customer service I have ever experienced. They did a bait and switch on a monitor repair. I was on a chat and the rep told me my monitor was covered under warranty and send it to to the New Jersey center for repair. I did it cost 20.00 to send and got an email back stating the warranty expired and asked I pay 150.00 to get it fixed. I tried to call customer service but they would not do anything. Every website I have seen talks about how poorly they rate the service. I wish I knew before. It will make me think twice next time I make a purchase for sure. I have been a faithful customer of theirs for years!
